Here's an overview of the loan-application process
STEP ONE -- Apply Now! Getting started is easy
When you've selected a property and have a contract with the Seller, or you wish to refinance, the next step is to contact your loan officer. He/she will advise you on the best loan program to meet your needs.
You can then complete a loan application form and provide the necessary validating documents. The loan officer will submit your application for underwriting.
At the appropriate time we'll order a property appraisal for you. Once approved, we move to Step two.
STEP TWO -- Your Loan is Approved and Funded
For purchases - your Real Estate Agent or the Seller will designate an Escrow/Title Company to handle the funding of your loan.
For Refinancing – the loan officer will arrange the time and location of your closing at your convenience.
You will need to provide ID at this time. If married, both parties must be present at the closing.
We will coordinate with the escrow team and you'll sign the final papers at their office.
